Eurovision nightGot myself some ice cream and will be making myself compfy on the sofa so I'm ready for the big, glittery, horrible music, camp, pointless politics, drama that is eurovision. It never disappoints me.

Sadly I will be alone for this one. Matt had to do a concert he didn't want to do, so I will be live tweeting (humonlazydiva) my impression of the whole shebang.

The Echo chamber dilemmaThe promise of the Internet was that unlimited information and experiences would draw us together. But instead it seems to have driven us apart.
For years I've observed this behavior but haven't been able to vocalize it correctly. Originally I called the behavior of collective opinions as "the hive mentality" of the Internet. But that wasn't exactly right and I often got called out on it. The most prominent example was when I made a comic about a guy disagreeing with opinions and being shouted at till he remained quiet, eventually fading into the background with everyone else. The consensus of that comic was that if you disagree with someone you aren't bullied into not speaking, but instead are free to go someplace else where people who do agree with you exist. And you know what? That wasn't what i was trying to convey, but is sadly true. The Internet is not a hive mind. It's many tiny pocket echo chambers of mutual agreements.

Callibrate your Wacom tutorialHad you finally made the transition from intuos 3 to intuos 4?, or Are you rich to change into an intuos 5? Had you made the transition from a first generation cintiq to the new ones?. More levels of pressure will mean more quality to the paintings, am i right?.
Did you thought that by default the pen will it be like using butter on bread?, you try it for the first time and you love all of it, you said i have sooooooo much control on my strokes im having a blast. Then only to realize you only have total control of the brush but when you are moving it really slow?. But when you do quick strokes the pressure drops a lot of paint making you redraw tons of stuff?
Did you ever thought that painter its hard to handle with new tablet? Too much pressure? If it has more pressure why i cant control more easier the beggining of the stroke which is more crucial?.

Personally I don't think anything is really conclusive on that situation. I used to doodle frogs that looked like that back when I was 12 and that was 8 years ago.
As far as price goes she was just being a business person, you can sell a product for however much someone is willing to pay.
It's hardly incriminating or poof of theft or a scam.
If she is leaving and hiding messages, so what. Nobody can know what is going on in someones life and maybe she just does not want to put up with crap like this.
Either way, I don't care; It's just ridiculousness for people to make such a big deal out of this, when there are actual problems they could be putting their time into.

I've suspected some of her stuff before, vut said nothing. After all, they are very generic subjects and easily someone could come up with the same idea. Still, I thought her stuff was quite pricey, but you know... Artists selling their own work.

It's quite interesting though to see all this 'proof.' I'd rather see more than what they present however.

Still, she does show some good art of her own and she shows that she had skills in art. It's just her clamor for profit and what came with that (the thievery) that I'm having problems with, naturally.

She was one of my favorite artists on here and I didn't know what to feel... I unwatched her and unfollowed her on Tumblr. :/ She shouldn't run away. I feel if she spoke the truth, it would makes things better and say not to do it again. The truth is really nice and a sense of maturity there. She's only making things worse for herself instead of clearing things up.
